Return Policy

Return & Exchanges

• Any return or exchange must be initiated and received within 14 days of the product delivery date.
• To start a return or exchange, please send a message on our [contact page]and include all information.
• Return shipping cost may apply and are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Items being returned for a refund or exchanged are not to be worn or washed in any form for a full refund or exchange.
• All tags or forms attached to the product must all be attached to the product for an eligible refund or exchange.  

 

Requirements for Return or Exchange To process your request efficiently, please include the following in your return request: 

1. Reason for return or exchange
2. Attached photos clearly showing any damage or incorrect items (if applicable)
3. A copy of your order receipt for the items being returned

Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the status of your return or exchange.
